1. Research Analyst (Social Safeguards & Gender):
Responsibilities PMDFC Jobs:
PMDFC Jobs, Conduct in-depth research on social safeguards and gender issues related to development projects.
Analyze and assess the potential social impact of projects and propose strategies for enhancement.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate gender-sensitive approaches into project design and implementation.
Develop and maintain a database of best practices and case studies in social safeguards and gender mainstreaming.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field.
Proven experience in social safeguards, gender analysis, and project evaluation.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Research Analyst (Environment & Climate Change):
Responsibilities:
PMDFC Jobs, Conduct research on environmental and climate change issues relevant to development projects.
Evaluate the environmental impact of proposed projects and recommend mitigation measures.
Stay abreast of climate change trends and policies to inform project design and implementation.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate sustainable practices into project development.
Prepare detailed reports and assessments on environmental considerations.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or a related field.
Proven experience in environmental impact assessment and climate change adaptation.
Strong knowledge of environmental policies and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
