Role:

As the Local SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all SEO tasks and activities. Your primary focus will be setting up the contractor team for success and later expanding and improving our SEO product. This involves managing SEO projects across 200-300 accounts, with a Year 1 monthly schedule of “setup” tasks and a Year 2+ strategy/planning/execution quarterly cadence of tasks. You will be responsible for executing, delegating, and managing local SEO projects, as well as maintaining effective communication with the contractor team and documenting processes.

Daily management and optimization of multiple SEO accounts.

Developing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and value creation.

Required Qualifications for Local SEO Manager Job:

5+ years of experience executing and managing local SEO for multiple clients.
Expert-level proficiency with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Analytics, Citation Listings (Bright Local), SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant SEO tools.
Proven track record of managing team communications and delivering SEO projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated skills in MS Excel for data analysis, lookups, and pivot tables.
Strong evidence of excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
