We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee our Remote Job Revenue Cycle / Medical Billing teams during the night shift at our Lahore office. As the Manager, you will be responsible for supervising cross-functional teams, including Admissions, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Patient Accounts, Payment Posters, and Credentialing. Additionally, you will also oversee value-based care teams, including Value-Based Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, Transitional Care Management, and Chronic Care Management.

Your primary duties will include performing high-level functions in both Revenue Cycle / Medical Billing and Value-Based Care, as assigned by the Senior Managers and Director. This will involve tasks such as generating reports, conducting audits, improving processes and workflows, and facilitating inter-departmental communication.

As the liaison between line managers in our US office and team members in our Pakistan office, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and training new hires, monitoring daily productivity, and ensuring work discipline. You will also act as a liaison between the management of the Pakistan office and team members, particularly in matters of conduct and employee feedback.

To be considered for this position, you should hold a Master’s Degree from a reputable university and have at least 10 years of experience in Remote Job Revenue Cycle Management/Medical Billing, with a minimum of 5 years in a manager or supervisor role. Experience in hiring and training new team members is essential, and prior experience in Nephrology billing and working with Athena EHR is preferred. Knowledge of patient/clinical/quality support will be an added advantage.

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT (Night Shift). Our office is located at Plaza No. 58, Block-CCA, Phase-06C, DHA Lahore. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including EOBI, Provident Fund, Health Insurance, and an Annual Bonus.
