Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking to identify and reach out to potential customers.
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with their requirements.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales deals in order to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, share best practices, and work towards common goals.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Requirements (Sales Executive):
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative (Sales Executive) or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the industry and awareness of market trends.
