About the Role (Operations Manager):
As a Product Operations Manager at Motive, you will play a crucial role in establishing feedback loops between the Product team and our customers. Your responsibilities will include launching and managing customer feedback tools, implementing processes for request review and routing, managing high-priority initiatives, and developing dashboards to align the Product team with customer needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from sales, product management, and engineering, fostering strong working relationships and driving influence across teams.
What You’ll Do for Operations Manager:
- Implement and manage third-party tools to scale our Product team effectively.
- Define and train the Product team on workflows that optimize day-to-day activities.
- Design and establish processes for submitting, reviewing, and prioritizing customer requests.
- Collaborate with the product team and end-users to deliver timely updates.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to successfully build and deploy products.
- Streamline existing organizational processes to enhance efficiency and internal capacity.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience as a program manager in Product, Sales, or Marketing organizations.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools such as Salesforce and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience driving projects end-to-end and fostering synergies across organizations.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with remote and offshore teams.
