We are a prominent healthcare technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role specifically focuses on our medical billing project, which plays a critical role in optimizing revenue cycles for healthcare providers. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships within the medical billing industry.

Responsibilities for Medical Job:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities primarily in the US market within the medical billing industry.
Develop and implement the entire sales cycle.
Create and execute effective strategies to achieve business growth, exceed sales targets, and increase market share.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and potential business prospects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Stay updated with industry regulations, policies, and guidelines related to medical billing and revenue cycle management.
Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to the management team.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Revtrail.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing industry.

Job Type	Full-time
Working	Hours 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary	Rs100,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
Location	Office No 2, Second Floor, Burj-e-Noor Plaza, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi
