Job Responsibilities (IoT Solutions)

As a valuable member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our IoT-based healthcare products.
  • Engaging with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, medical directors, and pharmaceutical executives.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to gain insights into customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, guiding our product development and marketing strategies.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations, effectively communicating the unique value propositions and benefits of our solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets, thereby contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated integrity, a positive approach, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing of medical equipment/products, preferably within the healthcare sector or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong network of connections.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • General understanding of IT and medical equipment applications in healthcare.
  • Flexibility to travel as required, primarily within Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
